Sports Psychiatry

I provide general psychiatric services to athletes. I have experience working with Division I and II athletes and professional athletes, including consultation to the Seattle Mariners.

My approach with athletes incorporates a strengths-based approach utilizing positive psychology and cognitive behavioral strategies.

I am board certified by the American Board of Sports and Performance Psychiatry.
